HELLO Hello!
I’m Rae, the creative behind the lens at Rae Louise Photography. My journey into photography began just after I finished university. A friend was launching her fashion brand and knew I had dabbled in photography before, so she said, “You can do it.” And I did! I remember coming out of that experience feeling like I’d finally found my thing. Then one thing led to another, I started photographing weddings while simultaneously working for an agency in Sydney before I finally took the leap of faith and went all in on my own business.
Being located just an hour from the Hunter Valley, It just made sense to be a part of capturing people’s special days. I now photograph weddings across Australia, bringing a laid-back, go-with-the-flow vibe and warm, true-to-colour images. I’m an outdoors girl who loves natural light, but I’ll happily whip out my flash for dramatic or fun moments.
Expect a little goofiness on your wedding day. I work hard and party harder, all to make you feel relaxed, confident and utterly yourselves. I also shoot beyond weddings, personal branding for entrepreneurs, family sessions, maternity & couples sessions, and model/fashion work. you’ll get the Same friendly, natural approach and attention to detail but just with different outfits and slightly different levels of confetti.

We provide a range of photography packages tailored to suit your needs, including our 6hr, 8hr and 10hr packages. We also offer 2-3 hour elopement packages (upon request). Each package offers varying coverage times and features to ensure we capture every moment of your special day. Everything is customisable and we’re happy to chat with you and coordinate something to suit your budget/wedding day timeline.

You’ll feel comfortable and natural in front of our lens, as we guide you with gentle direction to capture genuine smiles and meaningful moments.
For a full-day wedding, clients typically receive 500-800 professionally edited photos. All photos are delivered digitally via an online gallery in high resolution.

These sessions are perfect for celebrating life’s beautiful chapters and creating memories you’ll treasure forever. We’re honored to be part of these moments, helping you preserve the love, joy, and connection that make each milestone unforgettable.
We deliver around 30-50 photos via an online gallery in high resolution.
